Instagram Scavenger Hunt

Our middle schoolers are social media savvy, current with the latest trends...my job is to keep up and use it in our classroom! This activity was an end of the school year fun assignment.
I chose teams, a captain who had their ipod/iphone device, and together as a class we chose a hashtag...#christianedrocks. This was a must.

Yes, they were let loose with their list. We had a designated spot for a "meet up" - 12 minute intervals. In the mean time, I was seeing precisely what they were doing/posting via our hashtag.

Our hunt: to find, create, and laugh together at their awesomeness.
Here is a collection on one team's instagram posts #christianedrocks
